I second shopbop! Their selection is amazing and I'm always happily surpised by how quickly they ship. I also really like PlanetLulu, but only when I can log on.  After the last fiasco though, I'm a little apprehensive.  I've never EVER experienced so much trouble with their site, and I've never walked away empty handed either.  I guess, there is a first time for everything.
