A spa package for two!  That would be so romantic and relaxing.  Afterwards you guys could go and grab a romantic dinner.  Or you can get him: a watch, take him on a weekend getaway, get him something engraved...like a bracelet, a watch, maybe one of those old fashioned watches, if likes a concert or a show get tickets to that.
