I've never shopped Overstock - is it excellent? I've gone on maybe once or twice looking for something specific and when they didn't have it, I just kind of gave up on them. But that wasn't really fair of me now, was it?
They are really hit and miss with selection although the prices are lower than department stores. This is the first time that I got lucky with something that I really wanted. Okay, I didn't want them until I saw them, but they are Valentino and for 30 bucks! The selection is older, that's why it's so much cheaper than paying retail. However, that doesn't affect the quality. The shipping was fast, they sent me a tracking number after my order was filled (love that), and my glasses came packaged really well. I was surpised that they even included a sunglass case, rock on! I think they have really good bedding and bath stuff. I want that rain showerhead that I posted in the home section.
I haven't returned anything from them, so I haven't a clue about their return policy.
I love overstock. Months ago I bought a shelving unit there that I originally saw at crate and barrel. It was the SAME exact thing -same manufacturer and all. I got it for about 1/4 of the price!
