BTW if anyone is doing Weight Watchers I have a point calculator for computers and recipe calculators for Excel.

OOh, can you post it?  I'm thinking of going back on it, but the books are a hastle.   I don't want to pay their online fees either.

lsubatgirl - you would be more than loved if you could share your Excel sheet. I'm on WW and I hate paying the online fees when I could just do it myself. The only thing that's so nice is the database already has all the food in it. Do you just figure it out every time you eat?

I'm not doing WW, but Lindsay is...she might be interested in them.  Although, she put her own Excel spreadsheet together, she's such a smarty pants!
