Joggin - update

Okay, so I found this website about Calisthenics and I've been following it for past week.  They have jogging in place excercise followed by jumping jacks.  My calves are killing me after the jogging excercise.  I hope that this gets easier, because otherwise I will not be able to run for ten minutes at a time.

Do you have a gym membership? I'm all about the elliptical trainer. I can do it for like 60 minutes and burn 700 calories! Jogging is so hard on my knees and lungs... I have to do it sparingly.

Can't afford the gym, mainly because the cost per use is not worth it for me.  I don't go on a regular basis, especially if I don't have someone to workout with.

So I've been slowly incorporating some jogging into my walking program and it just feels so strange to me.  All my wobbly bits are wobbling when I jog.  Anyone else feel that weird feeling?  Does it ever stop?

LOL, I TOTALLY know what you're talking about.  I hope that it goes away. My boobs were hurting for a while, but I solved that.

Do you get out of breath easily?  I get out of breath and then EVERYthing starts hurting, which makes me want to give up.  Then again, I don't want to push myself when maybe I'm not supposed to.  Maybe my body is telling me that it has had enough for a while.  I don't know...this is new, weird and frustrating.

I usually stop once I start getting out of breath.  I haven't been this week so next week is going to kill me! Not looking forward to it but I must keep going.
