I'm going to Puerto Penasco, Mexico next week and I can't wait to leave!!! :) We go and stay in a house right on the beach with no electricity or anything (well, it's solar electricity, but you have to be resourceful!). So it's like a complete shut down - no phone, TV, Internet, etc. Even if work WANTED to bother me, they couldn't! It's so great. I'm planning on doing lots of reading and knitting.
What do you guys like to do on the beach? I'll have lots of time to pass!
I like sitting in the water, while staring out to the water and daydreaming. I like reading on the beach, all books seem so much better that way for some reason. Listening to music while lying on the blanket and watching people as they go by. Collecting rocks, worn glass and other types of cool things that wash ashore. At dusk, I like to walk along the beach while the sand crunches under my toes.
It's about 20 degrees here, I should stop. It's making me cranky.
