Facial sun screen

It's that time again, I have start my annual search for a sun screen.  Every  year I come out disappointed due to severe break outs.  Even to Prescriptives, and they claim to be hypo allergenic.  Yeah right.

Any recommendations?  What do you guys use now?

well i usually just stick with neutrogena when I wear it on my face.  What kind do you need? How much do you want to spend? Do you  have skin issues? The reason I ask is because DDF makes one that is pretty good but its around $30 a bottle.  My mom has skin issues & it did pretty well for her.

At this point, I would probably be willing to spend some $$$.  I'm at the pool all summer, and I definetly need sun protection.  Thing is, I usually don't have an acne issue.  Sure, I have the menstrual zit or two and if I'm going through a hormone surge my face can break out a bit more.  For some reason though, sunscreen makes my skin freak out.  I break out in these little bumbs.  Little, but there is like a thousand of them!  It actually changes the texture of my face.  I am convinced that I am allergic to SPF, but I can wear make up with SPF so WTF????

Is there a specific one from DDF that your mom uses?

there is a chemical they put in sunscreen that you might be reacting to.  I don't know the name of it though but its not in DDF I believe. Hmm didn't realize they had all those choices.  Let me check at home tonight and I'll post which one it is. The girl at sephora knew all about it when she got it so you might want to email them if you don't have one in your area.

This is probably what I will buy for the summer.  They also have an organic version of this.

Oops I forgot to check for you.  Will do tonight! I think that's the one. It works well for her except when her roseca is really flared up (then her skin turns purple). Just order through sephora so you can return if you have problems.
