Chili-Lime Corn (makes 4 servings) 1 serving = 2 WW points (I'm not sure of the nutritional content!)
1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp lime zest (I don't use this) 1 1/2 tbsp lime juice 1 tsp salt 4 pieces of corn on the cob
Stir together ingredients and brush over corn. Grill over medium heat (we don't put ours in foil or anything - just right on the grill) until tender, about 10 minutes (ours usually takes longer on the top rack - 30-40 minutes).
