Usually not a fan of frozen fish, but I bought the Kroger brand of frozen Tilapia. The filets come wrapped individually in the package so you can thaw just one or two at a time. I cooked them with some fat free lemon herb marinade and they were really good! Better than the so called "fresh" tilapia I've bought from the grocery store.
I love these! I get them at my grocery store all the time and they are really big. I like putting blackening seasoning on them and then squeezing a lemon wedge over them. Very good.
