Cornflake chicken tenders


1 and 1/2 packages of chicken tenders


2 cups of crushed Corn Flakes


1 egg


1/2 teaspoon salt


1/2 teaspoon pepper


1/2 teaspoon italian spices


1/3 cup melter butter


2 tablespoons cooking oil (I use olive oil)


I also sprinkle some garlic powder.


Combine the dry ingredients in one bowl.  In a seperate bowl beat the egg slightly.  Dip each tender in the egg and then roll in the cornflake mixture.  Pour melted butter over the tenders before you stick them in the oven.  Cook until done. 


I turn mine over after 20 minutes, but I'm psycho about cooking chicken throughly.


They are yummie!
