Fell off my workout wagon.


Now I feel gross and grossly disappointed with myself.  Any tips on how to get myself motivated again and get over the guilt?

Oh I was about to post and ask you about how it was going.  I've been doing ok with mine.  When I get busy I tend to not workout so I've skipped the past 2 weeks almost.  I'm trying to get back on the wagon also.  I think the key is baby steps.  Do what you can and don't beat yourself up over what you haven't been doing. That will only make you feel worse. Remember today is a new day.
