Foods that start with "U" and "X"

Hey kids! I'm doing an ABC Recipe scrapbook for my mother-in-law for Christmas. So I'm doing a different recipe on each page that starts with each letter of the alphabet - so Artichoke Dip, Banana Bread, Chicken Dijon English Muffins, etc. I'm having trouble thinking or finding online anything that could start with "U" or "X". Any ideas? My husband offered up "X-Treme Chocolate something" or "X-Tra something", but I'd rather have a real word.
