Anxiety and Stress, Simple Mineral Salt Solution

Anxiety and Stress
Simple Mineral Salt
Solution

Most people experience some form of
stress or anxiety every day of the week. Stress can have devastating effects on
the body and mind. Physicians note that when a person is stressed or anxious,
they breathe shallow. Breathing shallow, in a short period of time, leads to the
body receiving less ventilation and decreases the flow of oxygen to tissues and
cells. Toxic waste, normally removed from the body by normal breathing, builds
up in the body's tissues and cells. This oxygen deficient condition impairs
energy metabolism. This impairment leads to a person feeling ill or sluggish. It
is a medical certainty that stress and anxiety ravages physical and emotional
health. Some stress factors are controllable, but there are many beyond our
control.

There are many solutions to stress,
from medical to spiritual. Although we are not physicians or in the medical
field, we believe we have a simple solution that is effective, cost little, and
can be done at any time. We also believe an increase in our daily intake of
mineral salts through your skin, may bring a peaceful end to that stress-filled
day. A warm bath laced with your favorite scents will have you feeling pretty
good about things. Here are some of the reasons we recommend doing
this:

1. Aromatherapy is a universally
accepted valuable synergistic component of most spa therapies, we contend that
you can turn your own home into a spa.

2. Mineral salt baths relieve
stress-induced tension and anxiety and relaxes muscles.

3. Bathing in salt infuses the skin
with minerals.

4. Salt baths can help relieve such
ailments as psoriasis, eczema, and acne.

5. Exfoliation, the removal of dead
skin, and skin smoothing is accomplished through the use of salts in the
bath.

6. Salts act as a skin disinfectant
gently removing particles and killing viruses.

7. Through the addition of essential
oils, natural herbs and oils, the bath enhances the body's ability to retain
moisture, making our skin smooth and healthy.

8. A warm salt bath can helps promote
feelings of physical and psychological well-being.

A warm bath is a daily oasis for many
people. Relaxing in a bath, with the addition of some well-chosen herbs and
essential oils can help reduce your tension and place you in a better state of
mind. Shebas Secrets was created with aromatherapy in mind. Shebas Secrets works
daily to promote the home spa experience. The therapeutic condition at home
without crashing your monthly budget. A nice warm bath, soothing aromatic
candles burning, add a bath bomb fizzy with your favorite scents to the water,
and you just created your own spa right in your bathroom. Shebas Secrets didn't
create the bath bomb fizzy, but we feel like we perfected it.

Bath bomb fizzies, depending on the
ingredients, can have amazing effects on people who use them. These fizzies are
made of mineral salts, essential and fragrance oils, natural herbs and skin
soothing moisturizers. Salt, epsom and/or sea, mineralizes the water and
increases buoyancy. As your body becomes slightly buoyant, muscle tension
decreases. Maladies, such as arthritis, muscle pulls and strains, and poor blood
circulation, can be alleviated in warm salt baths. Add honey or oatmeal to
soothe and nourish the skin. Combining our salts with herbs provide different
sensations. Different herbs and essential oils have varying effects on the
body.
