NO! i love marc jacobs, but if you wore them with a skirt you'd look too much like a kindergarden teacher and if you wore them with pants, you wouldn't be able to see them. flats are great if they're the 'right' flats. these aren't.
pointy flats are typically much more flattering unless they're round-toe slip ons.
