The wobbling has subsided for me. How about you lsu-batgirl? My calves are definetly hurting less. Actually, they don't hurt after anymore, but I still get sore during the jog.
lsu - are you seeing any difference in muscle definition in your legs or butt?
Hey i just recovered from test hell this week. I only walk 3-4 days a week and jog some 2 days a week so I'm still feeling wobbly but I think its because i've never jogged before ever.
But yesterday I went to the gym and I was able to jog 1/2 a mile all at once! Usually I do 1/4 mile increments and a total of 3/4 a mile. Then I walked 1/4 mile and jogged another 1/3!!! I was so excited. i was huffing though but I was able to do it.
I've been lifting weights too the past 3-4 weeks and i do feel my muscles so I'm excited.
