Sad About Progress

So I lost some inches last month and a few pounds. Nothing monumental but I was proud... until now. A friend of mine is getting rid of some old clothes and I was trying on sizes that SHOULD fit me and they were too tight! Even what was fitting me before I lost! It's so bizarre and it made me sad! I know I shouldn't be because it all depends on the style of the clothes and where they're from, but it's kind of motivated me to get going again. However, I'm traveling much of this month and I eat out like ALL THE TIME. Tips?

Certain clothes are so tricky so don't get discouraged.   Keep up with your weight loss!  Keep on weighing and measuring yourself.  A better motivator would be some of your own clothes.   Especially clothes that you haven't worn in a while!

Good luck!!!

How old were the clothes? There are clothes I bought in high school (nice basics in good shape) that I can't fit into even though they say they are the same size I wear.  Clothing sizes have changed so don't feel bad.  Just keep up the good work. A few inches is very good!

Here, you can work on your body image as you're working on your weightloss.  And you can feed the model: http://www.adiosbarbie.com/
