However, I haven't had a pimple on my back since I went through puberty. It's a gross big red pimple right at the neck. Worst thing, it's not going away. Someone suggested tea tree oil, and although I've been using it there are no significant results. I don't think any facial acne products will work on this thing, I need like an industrial strength pimple buster! If anyone has any suggestions, I will gladly take them,
Ice might help it go down some. You can try toothpaste but I haven't had luck with it before (its suppose to dry it up). I would get some DDF acne cream and put it on that sucker and I would think it would be gone or very small in 2-3 days.
