Portfolio Building

So I had a web client who wanted a cheap site. No problem - done (www.lindsaycoats.com/pawsitive/index.htm). However, do I add this to my portfolio? In my opinion, the site is NOTHING, but at the same time, it's good to show that I can do something simple for those people who don't want to spend a lot (my clients tend to be small businesses, just 1-2 people kind of deals). Maybe if I preface it with something like "a website for a client looking for something simple and within budget?" What do you think?

I think that you should include it along with the tag line you proposed.  It's still work you did, and although it's "simple", it is still nice and showcases your talent.
